Javascript modified to fix '&' symbol replacement & post to twitter bug.

15th January 2009:
Javascript modified to allow users to override the script by placing a capital letter at the beginning of any word not to be twonverted.

14th January 2009:
Javascript cleaned up & Twonverted text shown quicker.

14th January 2009:
Twonvert website officially launched.
